Thushan Shanmugarajah is a fintech entrepreneur and operator with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling ventures across payments, e-commerce and digital financial services. Before co-founding RedOwl, he founded Knightsbridge Technologies and findmyfare.com, where he built a market-leading travel platform and raised more than US$5 million in growth capital.

Sumal Karunanayake is an enterprise software and cloud leader with more than 25 years of experience scaling sales, partnerships and go-to-market operations across APJ and Europe. He has held senior leadership roles at AWS, SAP, TechnologyOne, ForgeRock, CA Technologies and NetSuite, building high-performing teams and accelerating revenue, customer acquisition and retention.

Tim Van Ash is a senior product and engineering executive with more than 15 years of experience scaling enterprise software companies across cloud infrastructure, observability, DevSecOps and AI-enabled operations. He has led product and technology organisations at AutoRABIT, Virtana, CA Technologies and Nimsoft, delivering platform transformations, acquisitions and substantial revenue growth.

Shadeeka Dharmabandu is a software architecture and product engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience building scalable cloud platforms and leading engineering teams. A founding member of nCinga Innovations and former co-founder and CTO of Qbitum, he has taken products from early concept through enterprise deployment, international scale and successful acquisition.

Jeremy Footner is an experienced product leader with more than 17 years in B2B payments, commercial card platforms and SaaS, including senior product roles at Visa and Fraedom. He combines deep expertise in payables automation and virtual payments with a strong track record of turning customer needs into scalable global products.

Ellen Velickovska is a telecommunications and cloud communications executive with more than 25 years of experience in commercial strategy, business development and international growth. As co-founder and former CEO of telXira and former Head of GMS’s CPaaS business, she brings deep expertise in scaling communications platforms, developing strategic partnerships and guiding technology businesses.

Santosh Kumar is a payments and financial services leader with more than 30 years of experience across Mastercard, Citi and Standard Chartered. He brings deep expertise in card payments, market development and government engagement across South Asia, having led Mastercard’s Sri Lanka and Maldives business and later its government partnerships across the region.

Jeroen van Son is a global fintech and payments executive with more than 15 years of experience driving growth, partnerships, innovation and governance across APAC. He has held senior leadership roles at Mastercard, PayPal, Virgin Australia and Verrency, combining board-level perspective with a strong record of scaling businesses, launching new markets and building strategic financial-services partnerships.
