1. Promoter
The “Book a Demo. Give a Hoot.” campaign (“Campaign”) is conducted by RedOwl Pty Ltd ACN 676 456 321 (“RedOwl”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. Campaign period
The Campaign begins at 1/10/26 and ends at 31/11/26, unless extended or ended earlier by RedOwl (“Campaign Period”).
All dates and times are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time or Australian Eastern Daylight Time, as applicable.
3. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to organisations that:
- are invited by RedOwl or submit a demonstration request during the Campaign Period;
- meet RedOwl’s reasonable qualification criteria;
- nominate a relevant employee, representative, decision-maker or stakeholder to attend the demonstration; and
- complete an eligible RedOwl demonstration during the Campaign Period.
RedOwl employees, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible.
RedOwl may decline or exclude duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible bookings.
4. Eligible demonstration
An “Eligible Demonstration” is a scheduled demonstration of RedOwl’s platform that:
- is attended by a relevant representative of the organisation;
- is completed to RedOwl’s reasonable satisfaction;
- relates to a genuine potential business use of RedOwl; and
- is not cancelled, abandoned or materially shortened by the attendee.
Eligibility is determined by RedOwl acting reasonably.
5. Donation
For each Eligible Demonstration completed during the Campaign Period, RedOwl will donate AUD $50 to Zoos Victoria.Unless RedOwl agrees otherwise in writing:
- only one donation will be made per organisation; and
- donations will be made by RedOwl and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash by an attendee or participating organisation.
The donation is made by RedOwl. Participants are not entitled to claim the donation as their own charitable contribution or tax deduction.
6. Owl donation pack
Following an Eligible Demonstration, RedOwl will send the nominated attendee a digital owl donation pack.The pack may include a barking owl information pack, conservation information, confirmation of RedOwl’s contribution to Zoos Victoria and entry to a raffle for a ‘Behind the Scenes’ experience with Zoos Victoria. Its exact contents may vary depending on the materials available and any relevant permissions.
7. Raffle entry and PrizeRaffleenty ndpz
Following an Eligible Demonstration, the nominated attendee will receive one entry into a raffle for the opportunity to win a ‘Behind the Scenes’ experience with Zoos Victoria.
Unless RedOwl agrees otherwise in writing, only one raffle entry will be provided per organisation.
The raffle draw date, method, eligibility requirements and winner notification process will be communicated on the Campaign webpage or directly to eligible entrants. The winner must satisfy any reasonable participation, safety, age, scheduling and other requirements imposed by Zoos Victoria.
The experience is subject to availability and any terms, conditions or operational requirements set by Zoos Victoria. Unless otherwise stated, the prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the experience becomes unavailable for reasons outside RedOwl’s reasonable control, RedOwl holds to responsibility to offer a replacement prize, subject to applicable law.
8. No purchase required
No purchase or commitment to purchase RedOwl products or services is required to participate. However, the demonstration must satisfy the eligibility requirements in these terms.
9. Zoos Victoria
The Campaign is conducted by RedOwl. Unless expressly stated otherwise with Zoos Victoria’s approval, the Campaign does not imply that Zoos Victoria endorses RedOwl or is a commercial partner, sponsor or joint promoter of the Campaign.All names, logos, images and other materials belonging to Zoos Victoria remain the property of their respective owners and are used only with the required permission.
10. Personal information
RedOwl may collect and use personal information provided through the demonstration booking and participation process to:
- arrange and conduct the demonstration;
- administer the Campaign;
- provide the own donation pack;
- communicate relevant follow-up information; and
- comply with applicable laws.
RedOwl will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.RedOwl will not provide an attendee’s personal information to Zoos Victoria for Campaign fulfilment or marketing without the attendee’s consent, unless required or authorised by law. Any optional marketing communications will be managed in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
11. Changes and cancellation
Subject to applicable law, RedOwl may reasonably amend, suspend, extend or cancel the Campaign where circumstances outside its reasonable control affect its administration or where required to prevent fraud, error or misuse.
Any material change will be communicated through the Campaign webpage or directly to affected participants. Changes will not affect donations already validly earned through completed Eligible Demonstrations.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.To the extent permitted by law, RedOwl is not responsible for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, interrupted communications or the unavailability of third-party materials.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
