As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success through strong relationship management, effective communication, and strategic planning. Your role involves understanding client needs, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless delivery of services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Understand client objectives and work to align company services with their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve any issues proactively.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports to clients.

Requirements

•Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a B2B environment.

•Strong relationship management and communication skills.

•Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

•Strategic mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.

•Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.

•Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
